Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Missing Items in Returns
If any product or accessory is missing from the return package:

The refund amount will be deducted up to the full MRP of the missing item, including any free gifts received.
Refund Process

Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

Amount takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange & Replacement Policy
Exchanges and replacements follow the same conditions as returns:

The replacement will be shipped only after the original product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
