Shipping, Order Tracking & Delivery

We charge Rs.50 as shipping charges on all orders across India. This fee remains the same regardless of the order size or weight. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping options for you, ensuring a seamless shopping experience both locally and internationally.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placement, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS upon dispatch. Personalized jewellery orders may take approximately 12-15 days to be dispatched, ensuring meticulous customization.

We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. Once dispatched, if your order is prepaid then it is delivered within 5-7 business days and a COD(Cash On delivery) order is delivered in 8-10 days. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep.

Yes, we deliver to all the Pin-Codes across India, spreading happiness from north to south, east to west. We are always ready to bring our delightful products right to your doorstep. Happy shopping!

Yes, we provide the facility of international delivery for our customers all around the globe.

If you’re unable to collect the order yourself, we would suggest you ask someone else at your home or your neighbor to collect the order on your behalf. If that’s not possible, you can ask the Delivery Executive to deliver the order to you on the following day. Please note that we cannot assure this service, and it will depend solely on your interaction with the Delivery Executive.

Return, Replacement & Exchange

We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide a 15-day return policy starting from the delivery date. Kindly note that this policy does not apply to personalized jewellery, coins, utensils and God idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products. Shree Ishwar’s Jewellers reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Please note that you must return the items in their original packaging and not use them.

If you wish to return your order, please contact our support team through any channel of your choice – Calls/Emails/Chats. Please note that it takes up to 15 working days to get the return pickup done from your location. If we do not complete your return pickup within 15 working days, please reach out to us.

We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you’re not satisfied with the jewellery, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Please note – that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected or refunded to you, as the case may be

We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.

For prepaid orders: we will initiate refunds directly to the original payment source.

For COD orders: We initiate refunds via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with customers who opt to return. Enter the correct details in the link and choose how you want to receive the payment.

For Wallet orders: We will refund the amount to your wallet. Please note that we cannot process wallet refunds to any other payment source, in line with RBI guidelines.

For any combination of the above: We will process refunds in the same proportion as we received payments, including partial refunds.

Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery because we stand behind the quality of our jewellery products. Please note that you can claim the warranty once the return period for your order has ended.

Once the return period ends, you can claim the warranty for up to 6 months from the delivery date by contacting our support team any day from 10 AM – 8 PM.

We offer a 6-month warranty on our entire jewellery range. However, the warranty is not applicable on Candles, Rakhis, Coins and Perfumes.
