Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.


Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalised jewellery

  • Coins & utensils

  • God idols

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Clearance sale items

  • All international orders (strictly non-returnable & non-refundable)

These items can only be replaced if defective and supported by valid proof.


Mandatory Proof for Claims

For damaged or incorrect items:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear 360° unboxing video
    Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.


Missing Items in Returns

If any product or accessory is missing from the return package:

  • The refund amount will be deducted up to the full MRP of the missing item, including any free gifts received.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

  • Amount takes 5–7 business days to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange & Replacement Policy

Exchanges and replacements follow the same conditions as returns:

  • The replacement will be shipped only after the original product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.


Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team for return approval.

  2. Customers must self-ship the item to the warehouse.

  3. Pack the item securely as received and share a video of the packing process.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


Silver Rakhi Policy (Seasonal Product)

Due to hygiene and seasonal nature:

  • No return and no refund is allowed for Silver Rakhi products.

  • Final sale only.

A replacement is eligible only if:

  • Reported within 24 hours,

  • With a 360° unboxing video showing the defect/damage.

Shree Ishwar’s Jewellers reserves the right to approve or reject such claims. The decision will be final.


Gift Items Policy

  • Gift items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.

  • Personalised gift items are strictly non-returnable.

  • Defects must be reported within 24 hours with valid video proof.

  • Gift wrapping/packaging charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges for gifts require the buyer’s approval and must meet all return conditions.


Empty Parcel / Missing Product Claims

  • Must be reported within 48 hours with a 360° unpacking video.

  • Claims without valid video evidence will not be accepted.
